Renewable Energy

From the inception of a project we are mindful of doing things right the first time. Our focus is on minimising the environmental impact of our work, educating the client and delivering the best possible solution for the client’s requirements.
This means we:
1.) start off with a needs analysis to identify what the client real needs.
2.) do an affordability check to ensure that the solution is either within the clients budget for capital outlay of for monthly power purchase.
3.) design according to industry best practices
4.) arrange finance with local and international financial institutions where applicable
5.) procure Tier 1 equipment to ensure that the performance of the installation is always better than expected
6.) install equipment using industry best practices with a clear focus on quality, reliability and safety
7.) sign off installations with professional authorisations
8.) operate and maintain installation to maximise the power production

Mini/Micro grids

Taking into account the See4all criteria of energy usage we design system from 300w solar home systems to 140MW utility scale projects.
Ensuring that individual systems in villages are built to standards which are grid compatible in the future, paves the way for the individual systems on small roof tops to be able to be connected via mini or micro-grids – depending on the size, which allows customers to share the power production depending on their individual activities of that particular day.

With smart meters it is easy to work out who produced power and who consumed the power and therefore who pays and who gets paid.

Storage

Battery storage is still the dominant technology for storing electricity. New types of batteries are becoming commercially available which makes it economically viable to develop and design systems which allow for storage of electricity to be used when either the sun is not shining or the wind is not blowing.

CO2 reduction

Our aim is to partner with our client to allow them to be independent in terms of their electricity usage at a reasonable cost. This strategy allows the client to become independent of the utility and contribute toward saving the production of CO2 and other Greenhouse gases.

Circular Economy

Once a client is independent from a utility in terms of its electricity consumption, the customers are able to support themselves and prosper according to the locally available resources. This allows local business to thrive and the improvement of the quality of life for all involved.
